Office Policy
• Gift Certificates are available for every joyous and thankful occasion.
• Your next session is free if an oversight or non-emergency prevents me from being on hand for your session.
• Your session begins at the appointed time. If I’m running late, you receive a full session. If you’re running late, you receive the time remaining.
• To avoid charge for a missed appointment, just give a 12-hour cancellation (There is no charge if I’m able to re-book the time).
• Not responsible for personal items left behind.
• Referral of new clients is recognized with extravagant praise and lavish appreciation.
• Our first session is exploratory; we’ll get acquainted, check our fit, and decide whether to continue massage care or seek a qualified referral.
